Academia and Veterans Outreach Programme

To reach out to, and formally establish relationships with university and colleges country-wide and abroad, so as to benefit from their knowledge, and to offer them the research and teaching skills of our resident research faculty to teach electives, and subsequently assist in any degree programme that may include military history content.

To regularly accept university interns, in a well-structured programme, for a duration of 6 weeks, whereby each student will remain under the direct supervision of a designated research faculty member.

To reach out to the large body of veterans from the three services, as well as civil servants and civil society members, so as to maintain a close and ongoing relationship with them, on matters relating to military history. Open to participants in, witnesses to, and students of our military history.

    Preserve and promote the military history of Pakistan and the history of the Pakistan Army, while acting as the center of excellence for studying military history, and providing a forum for open-source intellectual input to the Pakistan Army, through two-way interaction with academia and civil society.
