Lieutenant Colonel Faisal Kamran Afridi was commissioned in Frontier Force Regiment in 1997. He is qualified from school of military intelligence Cliff Den Murree. Besides operational employments at brigade / Div Battle School and a UN assignment, he has performed his duties as officer commanding of mechanized infantry brigade. He commanded various detachments of military intelligence of Punjab, KP and Sind. Officer commanded an infantry Battalion at Gwadar. He performed his duties as Grade 1 officer at Human Resource Development, (HRD Dte, GHQ).
He holds degree in master of public administration and certification in Hostage Negotiation besides a Security course in China.

Imran Hassan Khan Niazi, TI(M) (retd)

Colonel Imran Niazi was commissioned as a second-generation officer in a mechanised infantry battalion of the Frontier Force Regiment in 1987. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College, Quetta and a recipient of Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military). He has diverse experience in various appointments including homeland security and counter terrorism. The officer is an ardent student of history and being a second-generation officer, is strongly inclined towards military history. The officer has a master’s degree in history from the University of Punjab and has also compiled 150 years battalion history in 1999. He is authoring a book on the history of Rawalpindi Cantonment.
